Grrr.....

Just in case you wondered who organized the press conference by Obama's somewhat unhinged former minister--you know, the conference where the Rev claimed that the government invented AIDS to wipe out black people--the word on the street is that it was an "enthusiastic Clinton supporter" by name of Barbara Reynolds.

This guilt-by-association jag we as a country are on--the idea that candidates are somehow responsible for the views of their ministers, their supporters or their endorsers--is puerile at best and a scary return to McCarthyism at worst.

Which, come to think of it, pretty much describes what I now think about Clinton.
