Turkana Boy

Twenty years ago, this kind of story about Kenyan fundamentalist hostility to the theory of evolution would have been dismissed with a quasi-racist shrug: oh, those silly backward people and their quaint superstitions.  But in 2007, the benighted anti-science tribe is resident here in the U.S. of A. and seems to be disseminating its ignorance far and wide.
